What We Do
From sourcing used IBC tanks to delivering reconditioned containers — we handle the entire lifecycle so you don't have to.
Our Environmental Impact
Every IBC tank we reclaim is one less in a landfill. Here's the difference we've made so far.
Why Choose Used IBC Tanks?
Buying reconditioned IBC totes isn't just good for your budget — it's a powerful statement for the environment. Every used tank we reclaim prevents raw materials from being mined, plastic from being manufactured, and waste from reaching landfills.
Save 40–60% vs. New
Reconditioned IBC tanks cost a fraction of new ones while delivering the same performance.
Reduce Carbon Footprint
Reusing a single IBC tank prevents approximately 52 kg of CO₂ emissions.
Same Quality Standards
Our cleaning and inspection process ensures every tank meets food-grade or industrial specifications.
Circular Economy
When a tank reaches end-of-life, we recycle 100% of the materials — steel cage and HDPE plastic.

Delivery to Your Door
We arrange delivery on our own trucks or through trusted logistics partners. Local Southern California deliveries are often same-day or next-day. Nationwide shipping is available with competitive freight rates.

Common Questions
Quick answers to the questions we hear most from new and returning customers.
An IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) is a reusable industrial container designed for the transport and storage of bulk liquids, chemicals, food ingredients, and other pourable materials. They typically hold 275 or 330 gallons and consist of an HDPE plastic bottle inside a galvanized steel cage, mounted on a pallet base. IBCs are used across industries including food & beverage, agriculture, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and more.
On average, our customers save 40-60% compared to buying new IBC tanks. Grade A (like-new) tanks are typically 40-50% less than new, Grade B tanks 50-60% less, and Grade C tanks up to 70% less. For a business ordering 50+ tanks per year, this can translate to thousands of dollars in annual savings while getting containers that meet the same functional standards.
We deliver both locally and nationwide. Same-week delivery is available throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Regional delivery covers all of Southern California within 2-5 business days. For nationwide orders, we arrange LTL or full truckload shipping to any commercial address in the continental US. Will-call pickup from our Vernon, CA warehouse is also available.
Simply contact us with the quantity, condition, and previous contents of your tanks. We buy IBCs in any condition — from clean single-use tanks to heavily worn units. We'll provide a fair quote based on market value and condition. For larger quantities (10+), we offer free pickup from your facility. For smaller quantities, you can drop them off at our Vernon warehouse.
Grade A reconditioned tanks that previously held food-grade materials are cleaned and sanitized following FDA 21 CFR guidelines. Our food-grade cleaning protocol includes triple hot-water rinse at 180°F, food-safe detergent wash, potable water final rinse, and residual testing. We never "upgrade" a chemical tank to food-grade — only tanks with a food-grade history can receive food-grade certification.
Tanks that are beyond reconditioning are fully recycled through our zero-waste process. We separate the HDPE plastic bottle (sent to certified HDPE recyclers for pelletization), the galvanized steel cage (processed at scrap metal facilities), and the wooden or composite pallet (recycled or repurposed). Even the labels and gaskets are properly sorted. Nothing goes to landfill.
For standard orders from our in-stock inventory: same-week local delivery in LA area, 2-5 business days for Southern California, and 5-10 business days for nationwide shipping. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. We maintain an inventory of over 1,000 reconditioned tanks, so most orders can be fulfilled immediately. For large or specialty orders, lead times may vary.
Yes! Many of our business customers set up recurring delivery schedules — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Recurring programs come with locked-in pricing, priority inventory allocation, and flexible scheduling. We can also set up a tank swap program where we deliver clean tanks and pick up used ones in the same trip, streamlining your logistics.
